“I dropped out of college, but I don’t think it was a failure. It was a different kind of growth. I studied calligraphy there, which seemed useless at the time, but it later became invaluable when I designed the fonts for the Apple computer.”

“17 years ago, I was diagnosed with a pancreatic neuroendocrine tumor. The doctors told me I probably had only months to live. At that moment, I realized that life is limited, and I still had so much left to do.”
