【My（summer及holiday初中英语作文）】Summer holiday is always a special time for students. This year, I had a very interesting and unforgettable summer vacation. It was not only relaxing but also full of fun and learning.

During the summer, I didn’t have to go to school every day, so I could spend more time doing things I like. One of my favorite activities was reading books. I read several storybooks and even some English novels. It helped me improve my language skills and made me feel more confident when speaking.

Another thing I did was to travel with my family. We went to a small town near the sea. The weather was very nice, and we enjoyed the fresh air and beautiful views. We swam in the sea, played on the beach, and tried different kinds of seafood. It was a great way to relax and spend time with my family.

In addition, I also joined a summer camp. There, I met many new friends and learned how to work together in a team. We did some outdoor activities like hiking and sports games. It was challenging but also very exciting. I learned a lot about teamwork and friendship.

Although the summer holiday was short, I made the most of it. I had a good balance between study and fun. I think that’s the best way to spend a holiday. Now, I’m already looking forward to next summer!
